Because these are digital files that can be instantly accessed and downloaded after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered to you.
When Refunds Are Possible
We offer refunds only in exceptional cases. A refund may be considered if you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing the purchased guide within 48 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.
Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind, find the content different from your expectations, or decide not to use the guide after downloading it.
